Therefore, when a Nuclear fission reaction takes place there remains potential energy, after that when we get electricity, it's kinetic energy. In the process of electricity production by nuclear energy, potential energy converts to kinetic energy.

However, nuclear power plants can be recycled and the radioactive material can be reprocessed to extract more energy from the uranium in the fuel rods. The Disadvantages of Nuclear Energy:
